2026 Session Highlights

June 26th to July 7th- Italian Cucina in the Berkshires
Campers will embark on a flavorful journey through Italy as they learn to create a variety of delicious Italian dishes while building confidence in the kitchen! Throughout the appetizer, campers will explore the rich traditions of Italian cuisine, gaining hands-on experience with both classic and modern recipes. They’ll master the art of fresh handmade pasta, prepare authentic sauces from scratch, and craft savory favorites like wood-fired-style pizzas with a variety of toppings. Sweet tooths will be satisfied with decadent desserts such as creamy tiramisu and crisp, delicate cannoli. Buon appetito!

July 7 to July 19- Global Street Food
Ready to take your taste buds on a world tour? This flavorful adventure is perfect for foodies eager to explore bold tastes, unique textures, and the rich traditions behind global street food. Campers will travel the world through their plates, diving deep into the vibrant cultures and bustling markets that inspire iconic dishes from every corner of the globe. From the cheesy, golden-brown goodness of Georgian khachapuri and the pillowy softness of bao buns, the custardy goodness of Pastel de nada, to the sweet crunch of Chinese tanghulu and the savory layers of Trinidadian doubles, campers will build a delicious passport of culinary skills.

July 20 to July 31- Mediterranean
Young chefs will explore the vibrant and diverse cuisines of Greece, Spain, Morocco, Lebanon, and beyond. Each day will bring a new country, new ingredients, and exciting techniques to master. From crafting colorful mezze platters and sizzling Spanish tapas to slow-cooking fragrant Moroccan tagines, campers will dive into rich traditions and bold flavors. They’ll learn to roll flaky baklava, bake homemade pita from scratch, fry up loukoumades and discover the stories behind each dish. It’s a week of culinary adventure that will ignite creativity, build confidence in the kitchen, and inspire a lifelong love of global cuisine.

July 31 to Aug 12- Latin American
Discover diverse culinary traditions of countries such as Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Puerto Rico! Campers will learn authentic cooking techniques, discover the cultural stories behind iconic dishes, and work with traditional ingredients such as plantains, maize, fresh herbs, tropical fruits, and regional spices. From favorites like tacos and arepas to arroz con gandule and tamales, and desserts like churros, tres leches cake, flan, and concha, each day focuses on a different country’s culinary identity.
